Chuck Mason is a 30 + year veteran on Lake Erie, and a true all-season angler. Targeting walleyes and other toothy critters in warmer months, during the winter he can be found on the hardwater on the North American Ice Fishing Circuit. He’ll be discussing tips and techniques for trolling crawler harnesses. Mason is also on staff with St. Croix Rods, Clam, Vexilar, Northland Tackle, Daiwa, Matzuo, and the NAIFC.

apt. Todd Robbins from Ready2Tackle Charters will be ‘covering all the angles’ to jig for walleyes on the Detroit River in his ‘ Jig-n-ometry’ seminar. Capt. Todd, an avid tournament fisherman, has put 20 years and countless hours into learning and exploring this fishery to maximize fishing success, and is ready to share his knowledge and experience with all in attendance.

Capt. Greg Sheremeta from Sara K Fishing Charters will be demonstrating some unique big water tackle set ups for Salmon and Trout. The focus will be on meat rigs and flasher/fly set ups for targeting deep water Kings during the heart of the summer season, how they fit anywhere in your trolling spread, plus tips for adapting to sunny mid-day conditions when others head back to the dock. Jerome Dorlack, Corey Miller & Todd Miller, of Team Reel Naughty, will be presenting tips and tactics for targeting big walleye from first ice out until July. They will then move the focus on how to capture steelhead from the great fishery in nearby Erieau & Wheatley. The presentation will be given from a rigged 28′ Contender center console such that the audience can see first hand their rigging techniques. The team is sponsored by Gale Force Tackle and their success in the past years, including multiple wins and a third place finish in the team of the year standings in this years Lake Erie Walleye Trail, have really put owner Roy Bishop on the map.
